Friendly staff, close to St. Pancras station.
No air conditioning during hot summer days is a problem. Prices are higher, compared to previous years.

Our twin room was cheap with latest bathroom fixtures, 3 comfortable single beds, as for instance. The staff were amicable and the breakfast was hot and lovely with still frozen berries and pastries, as example.

Location.
My experience with front desk, and one I overheard between the desk and another traveler, was that 'no' is the first response to come from them. There was little attempt to listen to the request being made, 'no' just seemed like an easier answer.

During my recent stay at the Tavistock Hotel, I appreciated the charming atmosphere and excellent location near historic sites in Bloomsbury. The staff exuded warmth, making my experience good, although the room felt a bit cramped at times. A nice visit for a history enthusiast like me.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. I have stayed here many times and I have noticed that if you get a good room it can be very nice. Not all rooms are comfortable.
The traffic noise on the street outside, especially since my window wouldn't close properly.

The room was quite cozy and had a lovely view of the park. The bed, however, was uncomfortable and kept moving when I sat on it because of loose wheels. It got really hot with no air conditioning, tough to sleep. There was some noise from the street. It had its ups and downs but was decent enough for a short stay.

Location good!
No option when booking to choose double bed; we were automatically allocated two twin beds and I could not change that. Arrived to find 2 tiny single beds, on wheels that moved about the room at the slightest touch. Bedding appeared shabby.

Amazing place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant. The staff are always friendly and once helped me print important documents. Great service is the highlight. I'm excited to come back for my business trip!

Have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years with my family during nay half term. Unfortunately I will not be returning. Upon leaving my room yesterday morning and stupidly leaving my silver pandora bracelet in the bedside table it has now mysteriously vanished. Staff past me from one member to another told me to email when I get home if I find it. I have assured the staff team that I have not got it and it has vanished after the room was serviced. This has been a very unpleasant experience for me and my family as it was expensive and very sentimental. I was told they trust their staff and to fill a feed back form in. I cannot believe the way this has been dealt with I have a vey upset teenager who has no bracelet and been given a pen and feed back firm and told to be careful what I say as this is a serious accusation. I already know how serious it is thank you as I have now got no bracelet which has cost £450.00.
